What you'll do

Design and administer complex database architectures, schemas, metadata, and data repositories.
Configure database parameters, allocate resources, and verify the accuracy of loaded data.
Troubleshoot database applications and maintain application and processing architectures.
Establish data integrity for complex definitions and monitor overall data quality.
Develop complex data analytic models, ad-hoc queries, and reports for audit and management.
Lead software testing including unit testing, ETL processes, and script development.
Create conceptual, logical, and physical IT engineering designs to support infrastructure requirements.
Analyze business requirements to ensure technical infrastructure designs remain traceable to business needs.

What we're looking for

9+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant discipline.
Certification related to Information Technology (preferred).
Experience using core AWS services including S3, Glue, and Lambda.
Expertise in AWS Storage (S3, EBS), AWS Databases (Aurora Postgres), and AWS Data Integration (Glue).
Proficiency in CI/CD and deployment automation using GitLab pipelines and Terraform.
Strong technical skill in Java EE, Cloud technologies, Java Lambdas, Java Streams API, and Java functional programming.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Scala.
Broad knowledge of programming, SQL queries, data warehouses, relational databases, and quantitative/qualitative data analytic techniques.
Broad familiarity with analyzing performance measures and metrics and developing balanced scorecards and dashboards.
Knowledge in Workday data tools including Adaptive & Prism (preferred).
Knowledge in Ariba (preferred).
Must have resided in the United States for at least three (3) years.
Must successfully pass a two-phase security screening including a physical examination, drug screening, and security investigation.
