This position solves the challenge of moving clients away from legacy systems toward modern, value-driven software products built on Google Cloud infrastructure to achieve tangible business outcomes.

What you'll do

Translate client business requirements into technical design elements during discovery workshops.
Design, build, and deploy agentic-first solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Develop proof-of-concept solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, and Terraform.
Act as a subject matter expert to guide teams on Product Agile Operating Models.
Implement modern software engineering practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
Build multi-agent workflows incorporating reasoning engines, planning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Provide technical expertise to global delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience (12 years for Associate's degree).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and building solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with team members distributed across the globe.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Cloud technologies or 1 year of implementation experience in Agentic systems.
Proficiency in Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, BigQuery, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.
Experience with project management methodologies and product/project testing methodologies.
Preferred Google Cloud Professional certifications such as Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Engineer.
