As a Google Agentic AI Delivery Specialist within the Accenture Google Business Group, you will join a team of innovators focused on transitioning clients toward Agentic AI and Product-Led Operating Models. You will serve as a product-minded engineer, translating complex business requirements into technical designs while building, testing, and deploying agentic-first solutions on Google Cloud Platform. Your daily work involves developing multi-agent workflows, creating proof-of-concept solutions, and coaching delivery teams on agile methodologies. To succeed, you must possess expertise in Vertex AI, Gemini models, BigQuery, Terraform, and CI/CD practices. You will solve the challenge of moving clients away from legacy mindsets toward modern software products by leveraging Google Cloud technologies to build scalable, automated systems that provide tangible value through advanced reasoning engines, planning, tool use, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
Provide technical expertise to global delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years).
An Associate’s Degree requires a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role such as a Google Cloud Engineer or Technology Consultant.
Minimum of 3 years of deep, hands-on experience architecting and building solutions on GCP.
Minimum of 2 years of experience interacting with project team members distributed across the globe.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience on Google Cloud technologies OR minimum of 1 year of implementation experience on Agentic systems or specific Partner Specialist certifications.
Proficiency in Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, BigQuery, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices is required.
Professional Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Engineer are preferred.
