Global Client Engagement Manager

What you'll do

• Lead solutioning discussions to design payment and FX workflows based on client requirements.
• Translate client needs into scalable technical solutions using API, file, and platform capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from initial kick-off through go-live and warranty support.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while removing blockers to keep projects on track.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing platform demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Coordinate across internal teams like Product, Sales, and Compliance to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Provide structured feedback to the Product team based on market demand and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and ensure all onboarding activities remain compliant.

What we're looking for

• Experience in client relationship management, implementation, or solutioning within payments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure including rails, connectivity, and integration models.
• Experience working with APIs, file-based integrations, and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with full ownership through to resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
