Genesys Cloud CX Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform configuration and coding to develop, enhance, and sustain organizational software systems.
• Program and configure end-user applications, systems, databases, and websites to meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for complex projects.
• Conduct regular assessments, maintenance, and enhancements of existing applications.
• Troubleshoot issues with the Genesys Cloud platform and identify problems in upstream or downstream applications.
• Document system configurations including call flow diagrams, integrations, and data actions.
• Develop technical solutions for a wide range of difficult problems.
• Contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

• 4-8 years of experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Hands-on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform (preferred)
• Integration experience with various CRM systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP CRM (preferred)
• Ability to document system configuration including call flow diagrams, integrations, and data actions (preferred)
• Troubleshooting experience to resolve issues with Genesys Cloud and upstream or downstream applications (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (preferred)
