Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze new capabilities and changing business needs to inform the delivery of IT solutions.
• Investigate business operations to identify root causes and articulate their effects on the business.
• Lead elicitation sessions with stakeholders to develop process flows, requirements, and rules.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and application requirements.
• Execute user acceptance testing and change management activities with subject matter experts.
• Manage vendor relationships and work with external parties to achieve system integration.
• Summarize project results and insights to create deliverables for presentation to senior business leaders.
• Evaluate project achievement of business cases to prevent unnecessary investment.

What we're looking for

• 4-8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform.
• Experience with diagramming detailed call flows using Visio or Lucid (preferred).
• Experience with documenting user stories in Jira (preferred).
• Test Execution and Defect Management experience, including Functional testing and UAT (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or ServiceNow (preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical limitations to end users (preferred).
