JOB TITLE: Senior Cloud Software Engineer, DGXC Data Services The Senior Cloud Software Engineer joins the DGXC Data Services team to build cloud-native systems, frameworks, and services for managing data across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure. Key technologies include Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, and languages such as Go, Python, Rust, C/C++, or Java. The work addresses critical data management problems, including storage, access, and governance for large-scale AI workloads. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in distributed systems, algorithms, and data structures while utilizing AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.

What you'll do

Build cloud-native data and storage services for hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure.
Develop scalable APIs to support exabyte-scale, high-performance GPU training and inference workflows.
Implement features for dataset discovery, ingestion, governance, checkpointing, and low-latency access.
Translate product requirements into reliable production systems for internal AI and platform teams.
Improve service reliability, performance, and observability in coordination with SRE and operations teams.
Apply modern software engineering practices including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
Maintain high standards for system design, testing, security, and verification.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and practical software design.
Experience building and operating backend or cloud-native services using Kubernetes and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficiency in languages such as Go, Python, Rust, C/C++, or Java.
Ability to design APIs, document systems, and break ambiguous problems into practical execution plans.
Experience working across engineering, product, platform, and operations teams to deliver production software.
Hands-on experience building or operating large-scale data, storage, or ML infrastructure services (preferred).
