What you'll do

Design, develop, and configure Genesys Cloud CX solutions for Treasury Management contact center capabilities.
Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing omni-channel customer engagement solutions.
Lead the migration of legacy platforms to Genesys Cloud CX.
Design IVR call flows, routing, queues, and workforce management concepts.
Develop and integrate REST APIs, JSON, and Data Actions with enterprise platforms like CRM and ServiceNow.
Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues during solution development.
Oversee technical and procedural documentation for all software solutions.
Apply modern principles and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX (GCX) platform development.
Genesys Cloud certifications such as Architect, Professional, or Outbound.
Experience migrating from legacy platforms like Genesys PureConnect or Engage.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON.
Experience with IVR/call flow design, routing, queues, workforce management, and API integrations.
Experience with NLP/NLU or bot integrations and enterprise platform integrations like CRM or ServiceNow.
