The Business Analyst works within the Translational Medicine Research and Preclinical Development section to support scientists by documenting scientific and data processes, including histology and imaging workflows. Translate business goals and objectives into documented functional and non-functional requirements.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a life science, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a research or biotechnology environment.
Experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is required.
Working familiarity with tools such as LIMS, SQL databases, Python programming, agentic tools, and data documentation frameworks.
Ability to document business processes, gather requirements, and map information system connections and data flows.
Knowledge of data lake principles and common database types used in a research environment.
Exposure to laboratory techniques, bioinformatics concepts, relational database principles, or IT software development lifecycle processes (preferred).
