What you'll do

  • Execute the delivery roadmap for generative and agentic AI projects to meet business objectives and timelines.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initial ideation and scoping to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, production-ready GenAI and agentic applications.
  • Drive the design of agentic workflows and multi-agent systems, establishing standards for orchestration and execution.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI engineers and specialists.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GenAI delivery and manage stakeholder expectations and risks.
  • Implement robust governance, ethical AI frameworks, and guardrails to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in LLMOps, CI/CD, and agent observability within the AI team.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • 10+ years of overall experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in Generative AI including agentic AI.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex software or AI solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure related to AI/GenAI.
  • Proven experience delivering agentic systems using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) or comparable frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
  • Expertise in RAG techniques, knowledge graphs, context engineering, and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and LLMOps.
