What you'll do

  • Execute the delivery roadmap for generative and agentic AI projects from ideation through post-launch support.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, production-ready GenAI applications.
  • Drive the design of agentic workflows and multi-agent systems using established orchestration patterns.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI engineers and specialists.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to manage expectations and mitigate project risks.
  • Implement robust governance, ethical AI frameworks, and guardrails to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in LLMOps, CI/CD, and agent observability across the AI team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into the existing technology ecosystem.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • 10+ years of overall experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 3 years in Generative AI and agentic AI.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex software or AI solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure related to AI/GenAI.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions into a production business environment.
  • Expertise in advanced context engineering, prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and knowledge graphs.
  • Proficiency in agentic systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.), LLMOps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
