What you'll do

Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines including RAG systems, autonomous agents, and prompt engineering frameworks.
Develop robust, scalable Python services and APIs to power AI-driven features across corporate platforms.
Evaluate, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs and embedding models for specific financial use cases.
Build and maintain MLOps deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, observability, and governance of GenAI models.
Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex, multi-step operational workflows.
Optimize data pipelines and manage vector databases to feed information into AI systems.
Ensure all AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements, risk standards, and data privacy protocols.
Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to establish GenAI standards across the organization.

What we're looking for

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2+ years of experience focused on Generative AI or LLM application development.
Expert-level Python proficiency including async programming, API development, and software design patterns.
Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Google Cloud AI Platform.
Experience with RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
Proficiency in ML fundamentals, including model evaluation, fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), and inference optimization.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree in Computer Science or AI/ML is preferred.
