Lead Generative AI Developer

What you'll do

• Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines including RAG systems and autonomous AI agents.
• Develop scalable, production-ready Python services and APIs to power AI-driven features across platforms.
• Evaluate, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs and embedding models for specific financial use cases.
• Build and maintain ML/GenAI deployment pipelines using modern MLOps practices for reliability and governance.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex, multi-step operational workflows.
• Optimize data pipelines feeding AI systems using vector databases and enterprise data platforms.
• Ensure all AI solutions align with regulatory requirements, responsible AI frameworks, and data privacy standards.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to establish GenAI standards across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience focused on Generative AI or LLM application development.
• Expert-level Python proficiency including async programming, API development, and software design patterns.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Proven experience with RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed AI/ML services.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
