What you'll do

Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines including RAG systems, autonomous agents, and prompt engineering frameworks.
Develop robust, scalable Python services and APIs to power AI-driven features across enterprise platforms.
Evaluate, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs and embedding models for specific financial use cases.
Build and maintain MLOps deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, observability, and governance of GenAI models.
Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex, multi-step operational workflows.
Manage data pipelines and optimize vector databases to feed AI systems.
Ensure all AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements, risk standards, and data privacy protocols.
Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to establish GenAI standards across the organization.

What we're looking for

10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in Generative AI or LLM application development.
Expert-level Python proficiency including async programming, API development (FastAPI, Flask), and software design patterns.
Deep hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
Proven experience with RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, vector search, and prompt engineering techniques.
Experience integrating with major LLM providers including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), version control, and automated testing.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
