Senior Generative AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications and LLM-powered solutions using Python.
• Build intelligent agents to automate complex enterprise workflows and reduce operational risk.
• Design data layers optimized for RAG workloads and advanced transformer architectures.
• Manage and deploy large-scale AI systems within containerized environments like OpenShift.
• Implement robust guardrails and ethical considerations to ensure responsible AI deployment.
• Maintain high engineering standards through clean code, rigorous testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Research and integrate emerging LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph into production systems.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Python programming.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, transformer architectures, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
• Proven track record of deploying and managing large-scale AI/ML systems in production using container technologies like OpenShift.
• Ability to design data layers optimized for AI/ML and RAG workloads.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and the ability to manage and implement successful projects.
• Strong grasp of clean code, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
