What you'll do

Execute the delivery roadmap for generative and agentic AI projects from ideation through post-launch support.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI engineers and specialists.
Architect and deploy production-ready GenAI applications using pre-trained foundation models and advanced context engineering.
Design and deliver multi-agent systems including orchestration patterns, agent harnesses, and interoperability protocols.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to manage project risks and ensure on-time delivery.
Integrate GenAI solutions into the existing technology ecosystem by partnering with Data Mesh, Cloud Architecture, and MLOps teams.
Establish technical standards for LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agent observability across the platform.
Implement robust governance frameworks, including guardrails and sandboxing, to ensure ethical AI and data privacy compliance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
10+ years of overall experience.
6+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 3 years specifically in Generative AI and agentic AI.
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure for AI/GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions into a production business environment.
Expertise in advanced context engineering, RAG techniques, knowledge graphs, and multi-agent orchestration.
Proficiency in LLM tools such as LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
Experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and LLMOps practices.
