Senior Generative AI Engineer Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead the development of large-scale AI projects from conceptualization through production.
• Design, build, and iterate on prototypes for Generative and Agentic AI applications.
• Implement, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models to solve business problems.
• Develop and maintain clean, scalable code for production-level AI/ML systems.
• Engineer and manage sophisticated data handling and preprocessing pipelines for training and inference.
• Deploy and monitor AI applications in containerized environments using MLOps best practices.
• Research emerging AI trends and lead proof-of-concept projects to integrate new technologies into the stack.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Python with deep familiarity with AI libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning architectures including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in MLOps practices, including Docker containerization and deployment on OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and building RAG systems using Vector Databases.
• Expertise in advanced prompt engineering and optimizing GenAI applications for cost, latency, and performance.
