GenAI Solutions Architect, Customer Systems

What you'll do

• Architect and implement scalable GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI systems.
• Select appropriate infrastructure and ensure data security for all deployed AI solutions.
• Guide engineering teams through the full development lifecycle from proof-of-concept to production.
• Design conversational AI systems to automate contact center use cases and other complex business challenges.
• Serve as the domain champion for Customer Systems to enhance end-to-end customer experiences across diverse channels.
• Create architectural diagrams and technical documentation tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and practical technical execution.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 9+ years of total experience in software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions/Agentic AI solutions using RAG in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern AI SDKs.
• Demonstrated ability to create architectural diagrams and technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global efforts simultaneously while juggling multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, creative problem-solving approach.
