As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will join the team focused on AI enablement and agentic systems to drive productivity and automation across various departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling generative AI solutions that replace manual business processes with autonomous workflows. Your daily work involves designing multi-agent orchestration patterns, developing RAG pipelines, and creating prompt chains to automate complex tasks like document analysis and data transformation. You will utilize a technical stack including AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, AnythingLLM, and Python for scripting and integration. The role addresses the challenge of moving beyond simple prompt-based interactions toward sophisticated agentic architectures that integrate with enterprise systems like CRM and HRIS while ensuring all solutions adhere to strict corporate security and data privacy policies.
Design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered automation and productivity solutions for internal business teams across all departments.
Architect and implement complex agentic workflows where AI agents autonomously handle multi-step processes like task decomposition and tool orchestration.
Build and maintain custom AI agents, prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and integrations tailored to specific departmental needs.
Integrate agentic AI workflows with existing enterprise systems such as CRM, HRIS, and finance tools for end-to-end automation.
Establish safety guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to ensure all AI actions are secure and compliant.
Conduct proof-of-concepts to evaluate and recommend new AI tools and vendors based on production requirements rather than just demos.
Manage the technical ecosystem of AI tools including AWS Bedrock, Claude, and internal open-source platforms.
Develop training materials and documentation to accelerate AI adoption among non-technical business users.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms delivering successful productivity or automation projects.
5+ years of experience in IT, automation, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end production deployment of a GenAI or agentic AI system in an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and AI tool integration.
Strong hands-on proficiency with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and open-source AI tooling.
Experience designing agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Model Context Protocol (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as AWS AI Practitioner, AWS ML Specialty, or Anthropic Claude certification (preferred).
