What you'll do

Scope and develop solutions for AV perception, planning models, and synthetic data generation.
Provide hands-on technical mentorship to partners and customers on the NVIDIA GenAI stack.
Guide customers in developing and deploying Agentic AI workflows on NVIDIA platforms.
Lead proof-of-concept evaluations and provide internal feedback to drive product improvements.
Build technical collateral including notebooks, GitHub repositories, and demos for model training and validation.
Optimize inference latency, throughput, memory, and I/O utilization for large-scale model deployment.
Develop workflows for AV and GenAI data curation, LLMs, and video encoding/decoding.

What we're looking for

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience in a technical AI role with an emphasis on AV End-to-End and GenAI model development.
Experience writing production code in Python or C++ and proficiency with Linux.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of AV systems including sensors, dynamics, perception, prediction, planning, and control.
Experience with DL and RL algorithms and frameworks such as PyTorch.
Effective verbal/written communication and technical presentation skills.
Experience with AV sensors, data curation, world models, and Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain (preferred).
