What you'll do

  • Develop FPGA firmware and embedded software for custom emulation hardware.
  • Design and implement critical firmware solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of internal tools, technology, and design flows.
  • Create customer-facing applications based on technical requirements.
  • Implement high-speed designs and manage timing closure techniques.
  • Develop software using C++, Python, and Linux device drivers.
  • Implement communication protocols including AXI, PCIe, I2C, LVDS, and Ethernet.
  • Utilize System Verilog and RTL/HDL for FPGA design on Xilinx and Intel platforms.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in FPGA design, FPGA firmware, or related work.
  • Hands-on experience with System Verilog, RTL/HDL, and various FPGA platforms and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to work independently and create customer-facing applications.
  • Master's or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Applied Mathematics (preferred).
  • Experience with clock domain crossing, high speed designs, timing closure, VLSI design concepts, and logic design (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with C++, Python, Linux/Embedded Linux, and ARM based designs (preferred).
  • Experience with protocols like AXI, PCIe, I2C, LVDS, Ethernet, and Agile project management tools (preferred).
