JOB TITLE: Forward-Deployed Solutions Engineer
The Forward-Deployed Solutions Engineer serves as a lead sales engineer and technical authority for cyber products, supporting complex sales engagements across private and public sectors. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to design enterprise-scale security architectures, deliver high-impact product demonstrations, and guide formal procurement processes including architecture reviews and security assessments. Your daily work involves providing technical input for proposals, supporting competitive positioning, and collaborating with engineering teams to influence product roadmaps. You will utilize expertise in defensive cyber operations, malware reverse engineering, and threat hunting. Required technical skills include experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins. You must also possess competencies in configuring operating systems, analyzing security telemetry, and integrating security solutions across endpoints, identity, networks, and cloud environments.
Serve as the primary technical authority for cyber products during enterprise sales cycles.
Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations showcasing product scalability, security, and integration.
Support competitive technical positioning and articulate product differentiators during negotiations.
Lead formal enterprise procurement processes including proposals, architecture reviews, and security assessments.
Provide technical advice to customers during product evaluation and early adoption phases.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence the product roadmap.

What we're looking for
U.S. citizenship is required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture is required.
4+ years of experience leading enterprise engagements is required.
3+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and integrating enterprise-scale security architectures across endpoints, identity, networks, and cloud environments is required.
3+ years of experience working with security operations teams to support investigation workflows and alert triage is required.
2+ years of experience performing technical work such as engineering software products, developing full-stack applications, or configuring operating systems is required.
