Forward Deployed Engineer

What you'll do

• Deploy and configure enterprise defenses against AI attackers and agentic threats.
• Implement containerized components and playbooks within customer technical environments.
• Integrate AI solutions and security tools into existing production settings.
• Troubleshoot deployments and validate system performance across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Translate customer feedback into product and operational improvements.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD workflows and DevOps automation platforms.
• Support presales and customer success initiatives for AI platform integration.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting DevOps infrastructure across cloud service providers or on-premises environments.
• 4+ years of experience with container technologies, virtual machines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) environments.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps and automation platforms such as GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD workflows and DevOps automation platforms.
• Experience with network and system troubleshooting across UNIX or Linux environments.
• Experience in front-facing or forward-deployed engineering roles.
• Knowledge of Python, SDLC, Bash scripting, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a CS or Engineering field and 2+ years of software engineering experience, or 6+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure (preferred).
• Experience creating and improving continuous automation and deployment tools built on Kubernetes (preferred).
• Experience triaging and resolving issues related to open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments (preferred).
• TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
