Finance Decision Optimization Team, Analytics Solutions Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements and artifacts into development-ready specifications.
• Track and report on work progress using JIRA.
• Collect and organize materials for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools to translate business requirements into actionable code.
• Identify and implement process improvements and model enhancements.
• Monitor and evaluate automated solution performance to make necessary adjustments.
• Document development progress and participate in regular reporting scrums.
• Escalate progress blockers and execute on the product vision and roadmap.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience in the financial services industry.
• One year of SQL or Python coding experience in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong quantitative, logical, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines in a globally distributed environment using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or Jenkins (preferred).
• Familiarity with implementing agentic workflows using Visual Studio Code (preferred).
