Finance Data & Insights Analytics Solutions Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Collect user requirements and feedback from business partners to define feature goals.
• Write and refine Epics and Stories in JIRA to manage the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while identifying project roadblocks and dependencies.
• Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver curated datasets and dashboards.
• Execute data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by running test cases and logging defects.
• Create technical documentation including data definitions, report logic notes, and user guides.
• Follow established protocols for access requests, internal controls, and data quality procedures.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a data-focused role.
• Experience building dashboards and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with Databricks, BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, Tableau), Jira, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis.
• Agile experience using Jira and understanding of backlog prioritization techniques.
• Experience in or a keen desire to learn Agentic Frameworks and AI tools (preferred).
• Background in product development or hands-on experience writing code to automate data processes (preferred).
