The Lead Analytics Consultant, Finance Intelligence serves as a senior analytical investigator and trusted advisor responsible for solving ambiguous business problems and uncovering actionable insights. What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, operations analysis, finance analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
5+ years of experience conducting investigative analysis, root cause analysis, and independent research to solve complex business and operational challenges.
5+ years of experience utilizing AI and/or analytical tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
5+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, providing analytical guidance, and delivering recommendations in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent years of work experience may substitute.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Advanced Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field (preferred).
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, finance, or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
