As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Digital Analytics on the Acquisition Enablement Platforms team, you will serve as the analytics backbone for product and technology partners. What you'll do

Measure feature impact for the Application Status product to guide iterative improvements.
Define goals, key performance metrics, and measurement frameworks to monitor platform health and reliability.
Analyze data across multiple capabilities to identify trends and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Design and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to track interactions and alert on anomalies.
Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate data integration, analysis, and narrative standardization while ensuring results are validated.
Build scalable analytical data models and governed datasets to enable reliable self-service reporting and automation.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure instrumentation and data pipelines are accurate and aligned with business goals.
Create reusable analysis playbooks and frameworks to improve speed-to-insight across the platform.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
3+ years of applied experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Advanced SQL skills and experience using Alteryx and Snowflake for large-scale data exploration and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Quantum Metric for digital instrumentation and behavioral analytics.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot to build executive-ready dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to use Artificial Intelligence-assisted coding and analysis tools to automate reporting and standardize narratives.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills to present to senior stakeholders.
Experience with platform/API ecosystems, banking technology, anomaly detection, or Agile environments (preferred).
