What you'll do

Provide on-site repair and maintenance service for complex electro-mechanical thin film deposition systems.
Perform analytical troubleshooting to identify component-level issues and minimize equipment downtime.
Lead the installation, relocation, and startup of equipment at customer sites.
Execute field modifications and updates based on Engineering Change Notifications.
Provide technical instruction and mentoring to junior engineers and subcontractors.
Present escalation action plans and status reports to customers.
Maintain detailed records and reports to coordinate activities with supervisors and clients.

What we're looking for

BS degree in electronics or engineering with at least 5 years of work experience.
Associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Ability to perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and standing for prolonged periods in a clean room environment.
Ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
Experience providing technical instruction and mentoring to junior engineers or subcontractors.
