Executive IT Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide high-level technical support with a focus on ownership and follow-through for the executive team.
• Resolve challenging hardware, software, and network escalations promptly.
• Design, document, deploy, and support technologies for executive offices and residences.
• Provide AV and conference support for onsite and offsite meetings and high-visibility presentations.
• Coordinate with IT, Applications, and Information Security teams to implement enterprise solutions.
• Handle sensitive information with strict discretion and confidentiality.
• Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support as necessary.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
• 1+ years of experience in executive IT support.
• Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, or Android operating systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (or eligible for Department of State authorization).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft stack, Google stack, and video conferencing hardware/software (preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge in wired and wireless network technologies (preferred).
