Senior Executive & VIP Endpoint Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide high-touch technical support for executive endpoint, mobile, and audiovisual devices.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high-impact technology incidents affecting senior leadership.
• Design and optimize secure executive computing environments across offices, residences, and off-site locations.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to resolve critical issues.
• Provide real-time, "stay-with" support for Board-level meetings and high-visibility institutional events.
• Manage and mitigate security risks within confidential executive environments while ensuring usability.
• Oversee external vendors and partners supporting non-standard technologies to ensure service quality.
• Translate complex technical issues into executive-ready insights and strategic technology advice.

What we're looking for

• Associate degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Must possess the ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols quickly.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
• Must have strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
• Must be able to provide high-touch technical support for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Must be able to provide extended availability, including after-hours and critical event support.
