Executive Director Tooling, Automation & Client 360

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic technical program plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing project roadblocks.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
• Validate all AI-assisted outputs and ensure data handling complies with sensitivity requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and define decision-making procedures for cross-functional teams.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and incorporate best practices into program governance.
• Automate status tracking, milestones, funding, and project health reporting.
• Unify inbound and outbound initiatives into a single unified client view.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
• Advanced analytical reasoning skills to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks.
• Proven ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in high-pressure, shifting environments.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and building productive relationships to drive outcomes aligned with firm goals.
• Experience owning IP intake, tracking, and reporting standards (preferred).
• Ability to design and deliver Client 360 workflows, data models, and dashboards (preferred).
