What you'll do

  • Architect and govern multi-agent frameworks for large-scale LLM deployments.
  • Lead end-to-end MLOps programs including CI/CD, feature stores, and monitoring.
  • Design and deploy agentic AI systems integrating with ERP, CRM, and ITSM.
  • Drive enterprise RPA Center of Excellence to deliver cost avoidance and efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Over 15 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML with at least 7 years leading large teams.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI and GenAI programs with measurable business impact.
  • Extensive experience deploying RPA programs at scale using UiPath or similar platforms.
  • Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-cloud AI platform management.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tooling including Databricks/MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, and model monitoring.
