Senior Director, Enterprise AI & Automation The Senior Director, Enterprise AI & Automation leads the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of AI, Generative AI, Agentic Automation, MLOps, and Robotic Process Automation capabilities. Key responsibilities include architecting multi-agent frameworks, managing multi-cloud AI infrastructure across Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI, and leading MLOps programs using Databricks and MLflow. The role requires expertise in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and UiPath. The position solves complex business problems by automating high-value decisions, establishing AI governance, and integrating autonomous agents with ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems to drive operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Own the enterprise AI/GenAI strategy and lead the full lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
  • Architect and govern the Enterprise Agentic AI Strategy using multi-agent frameworks and LLM-powered tools.
  • Drive fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and domain adaptation of LLMs for specific business use cases.
  • Enable secure enterprise access to over 100 LLMs across Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end MLOps programs including training pipelines, CI/CD for ML, and production monitoring.
  • Establish model governance for bias detection, explainability, drift monitoring, and retraining.
  • Architect and deploy multi-agent AI systems to automate complex workflows across ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems.
  • Lead the RPA Center of Excellence to deliver enterprise-scale automation and measurable cost avoidance.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML.
  • 7+ years of experience leading large engineering or AI teams.
  • Track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI/GenAI programs and scaling production MLOps platforms.
  • Experience deploying RPA programs at scale and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.
  • Experience leading governance, legal, and security review processes for AI/GenAI deployments in enterprise contexts.
  • Deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and multi-cloud AI platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python with modern AI/ML libraries and experience with RPA platforms like UiPath.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (preferred).
