As a Lead Technical Program Manager - Market Expansion within the Payments Technology team, you will drive the delivery of complex technology programs to support market expansion goals. You will develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines while managing budgets and high-performing teams. Your daily work involves identifying risks, collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams, and championing agile delivery practices. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program planning, risk synthesis, and reporting, ensuring all outputs are validated against data sensitivity standards. The role requires advanced stakeholder management, technical fluency regarding vendor products, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements. You will solve problems related to launching products into new global markets and managing infrastructure or data center implementation projects within a large organization.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review and quality standards.
Manage vendor relations and technical integrations to ensure access to shared applications and services.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Effective communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
Experience working with globally diverse teams across different time zones.
Advanced experience in technical fluency, including vendor product knowledge and managing vendor relations.
Experience in Treasury Services, Cash Management, Global Transaction Banking, complex regulatory requirements, global market launches, or infrastructure projects (preferred).
