Executive Director – Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Strategy & Executive Governance serves as a Principal Technical Program Manager within the Enterprise Technology - Corporate Sector team. You will also focus on process optimization, governance forum design, and managing strategic relationships with cloud providers or other large-scale technology partners to solve complex enterprise initiatives.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management for complex projects in large organizations.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Advanced analytical reasoning skills to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks.
Proven ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in high-pressure, shifting environments.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish productive relationships and drive outcomes aligned with firm objectives.
Executive-level experience managing strategic relationships with cloud providers or other large-scale technology partners (preferred).
Experience designing governance forums, executive review mechanisms, and escalation processes for complex enterprise initiatives (preferred).
