The Director, Employee Experience IT Automation joins the Corporate Overhead division within the information security line of business. This leader is responsible for defining and executing a technology strategy to modernize how employees access systems, receive services, and move through the employee lifecycle. The role involves building roadmaps for automation across onboarding, offboarding, workforce transitions, endpoint services, access governance, and digital workplace technologies. Key responsibilities include developing AI-enabled support, workflow orchestration, and service management improvements while establishing governance and risk controls. The position requires expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, SailPoint, and various endpoint platforms to integrate workforce events across HR systems. The core objective is to automate employee technology services and improve service desk efficiency through intelligent routing, automated remediation, and proactive insights to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant delivery of internal IT capabilities.
Develop and execute the enterprise strategy for employee technology automation, self-service capabilities, and digital workplace modernization.
Lead the automation of onboarding, offboarding, role changes, device provisioning, and access lifecycle management.
Manage the automation roadmap for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and other core employee technology services.
Integrate workforce events across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SailPoint, and endpoint platforms.
Improve service desk efficiency through intelligent routing, virtual agents, automated remediation, and analytics.
Develop AI-enabled employee experiences using virtual assistants and proactive insights to improve self-service capabilities.
Establish governance, risk controls, and executive dashboards to measure automation adoption and service performance.
Ensure all automated solutions are secure, auditable, and compliant with corporate architecture standards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
10+ years of experience leading enterprise IT operations, digital workplace services, automation, service management, identity management, or infrastructure initiatives.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise technology programs.
