Executive Director, Employee Technology & Digital Workplace

What you'll do

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the Employee Technology & Digital Workplace function.
• Own end-to-end Service Desk operations and drive continuous modernization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Automate and orchestrate the employee lifecycle technology for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Manage engineering and lifecycle for endpoints, mobility, collaboration tools, and meeting room technologies.
• Oversee M365 platform delivery, including governance, security guardrails, and unified communications.
• Direct field and deskside support operations while right-sizing models based on digital self-service maturity.
• Establish an employee experience measurement framework using metrics like CSAT, NPS, and deflection rates.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance scorecards for all digital workplace tooling.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 17+ years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, end-user computing, digital workplace, or IT operations leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks is required.
• Hands-on experience modernizing an ITSM platform, with ServiceNow strongly preferred.
• Proven experience redesigning employee lifecycle technology into automated, cross-functional workflows spanning IT, HR, and Security.
• Strong grounding in digital workplace and end-user computing technologies, including UEM, collaboration platforms, mobility, and AV/conferencing.
• Proven ability to build and lead large, globally distributed service organizations using a follow-the-sun model.
