What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
17+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or technology leadership roles are required.
10+ years in senior leadership roles guiding architecture, engineering, or technology strategy teams within a large, complex, global organization are required.
Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman is required.
Strong technical grounding in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data architecture, and integration patterns is required.
Working knowledge of AI/ML platforms and experience with modern software delivery practices like DevOps and CI/CD are required.
Experience with enterprise security architecture and regulatory compliance frameworks such as GxP is required.
