Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager, Data Center Operations

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS Specialists supporting hyperscale data center operations.
• Translate corporate EHS programs into practical, site-level execution across multiple locations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks such as LOTO, arc flash, and high-risk work controls.
• Manage contractor safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and assessments to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Track and analyze EHS performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for operational excellence.
• Deliver EHS training programs to ensure site teams are properly qualified and aware of risks.
• Act as the primary EHS partner for data center leadership to align safety goals with business priorities.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience managing EHS programs in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical, or industrial environments (preferred).
• 10+ years of EHS experience, including leadership and people management experience (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of LOTO, Arc Flash, contractor safety, and high-risk work controls (preferred).
• Experience leading field-based EHS teams across multiple sites (preferred).
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as OSHA, NFPA, and ISO (preferred).
• BA/BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (preferred).
• ASP, CSP, CIH, or similar certifications (preferred).
