Entry Level Product Experience Designer/Engineer

What you'll do

• Design the structural and informational foundation for products, services, and systems.
• Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, consistent, and production-ready user experiences.
• Move fluidly between user research, interaction design, prototyping, and front-end implementation.
• Solve complex user problems through high-standard interface designs that balance functionality and aesthetics.
• Create information architecture, content, and navigation using established design systems.
• Align design goals with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Utilize modern LLM workflows to prototype and develop new designs.

What we're looking for

• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visualizations of complex experiences is required.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma is required.
• Experience using modern LLM workflows to prototype designs is required.
• Candidates must possess a solid understanding of fundamental design principles like typography, layout, and color.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English are required.
• Ability to work from the office in Austin three days per week is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as UX Design or Computer Development is preferred.
• Awareness of inclusive design practices and accessibility standards is preferred.
