Director, UI/UX Designer

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design for a portfolio of enterprise products from discovery through delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions.
• Simplify complex workflows and data-rich environments into accessible, AI-enabled user interactions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's design system, visual standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented during development.
• Mentor and coach designers to improve team capabilities and quality standards.
• Use data and performance metrics to continuously optimize product adoption and user experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in user experience design, product design, interaction design, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience designing complex digital products, enterprise applications, platforms, or data-rich experiences.
• Expertise in information architecture, visual design, usability principles, and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and related collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and responsive design practices.
• Experience contributing to design systems, component libraries, and scalable design frameworks.
• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams.
