The role involves creating digital experiences for diverse industries like healthcare and financial services by developing UI components, design systems, and high-fidelity mockups. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research activities such as interviews and journey mapping, translating findings into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. The position requires proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, alongside a foundational understanding of UX principles, typography, and accessibility standards. Additionally, the role explores how Artificial Intelligence and automation can enhance content generation and data-driven experience design to solve complex business challenges for public and private sector clients.
Create visual assets, UI components, and design systems for enterprise digital products.
Apply typography, color theory, and accessibility best practices to deliver consistent interfaces.
Conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
Translate research findings into actionable design insights and product strategies.
Design and iterate on wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Present design concepts and rationales to clients and cross-functional teams.
Integrate AI and automation tools into the design process for content generation and personalization.
What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to apply design principles like typography, color theory, and layout to create user-centered digital experiences.
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Foundational understanding of UX design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
Strong visual communication, storytelling, and analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
Exposure to enterprise design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), or front-end concepts like HTML/CSS (preferred).
