As a Designer Intern on the product team, you will shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise software solutions by integrating user research, interaction design, and visual design practices. What you'll do

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise software solutions.
Conduct user interviews and usability studies to identify pain points and inform design decisions.
Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations and evidence-based improvements.
Partner with Product Managers and Developers to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative ideation activities.
Develop interaction patterns that improve user productivity and efficiency.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
Experience creating wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and design specifications.
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent.
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
Ability to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations and solve complex user problems.
