What you'll do

  • Manage MongoDB’s Digital Enterprise ecosystem in Africa, focusing on Unicorn and VC-funded start-ups.
  • Develop and execute proactive outbound strategies to generate sales opportunities.
  • Close net new logos and expand existing accounts within the territory.
  • Demonstrate strong accountability and ownership over assigned market segment.
  • Fluently communicate in French to engage with diverse client base.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of closing net new logos and expanding accounts.
  • Experience working with large Digital Natives in a competitive market.
  • Ability to develop and execute proactive outbound strategies for pipeline generation.
  • Located in Dubai for hybrid work model.
  • Fluency in French preferred but not required.
