What you'll do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of application software development for next-generation embedded computing platforms.
  • Act as the primary link between software development teams and electronic system integration teams to align features with product launch schedules.
  • Manage delivery timelines, identify project dependencies, and mitigate risks across multiple functions and organizations.
  • Drive the resolution of complex technical issues and ensure successful integration of software capabilities into new products.
  • Develop procedures for product planning, development cycles, and organizational standards to improve process efficiency.
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis by producing functional models, documentation, and automated traceability diagrams.
  • Resolve high-impact equipment and system problems using advanced diagnostic techniques in multi-vendor environments.
  • Design working prototypes and conduct proof-of-concept exercises to validate proposed products and technologies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Solid experience in software engineering, systems engineering, product development, program management, or related disciplines (preferred).
  • Previous leadership experience managing software programs, technical teams, product launches, or new product introduction activities (preferred).
  • Experience working within embedded software, connected products, industrial automation, automotive, heavy equipment, robotics, or other technology-driven industries (preferred).
  • Strong technical acumen with exceptional program leadership skills (preferred).
  • Ability to drive execution through influence and build relationships across organizations in complex software development environments (preferred).
  • Ability to connect technical delivery plans to product launch objectives while ensuring team alignment on priorities and schedules (preferred).
