Key competencies include experience with APQP, New Product Introduction, systems engineering principles, and managing product development financials to solve complex challenges in the zero-emissions technology space.

What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of advanced Battery Management System solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts for electrification initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across hardware, software, systems, validation, and application engineering teams.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between engineering teams, suppliers, business partners, and leadership.
  • Support product development activities from initial concept through production implementation.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives that align technical priorities with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of a given technology and various application methods to solve significant technical challenges.
  • Expert knowledge of project management strategies, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling complex technical initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in team building techniques and the ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
  • Extensive experience with tools and techniques for requirement analysis to elicit and record business functionality.
  • Extensive experience using troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques in manufacturing or product management environments.
  • Experience leading projects involving electronic systems, embedded controls, or electrification technologies (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Battery Management Systems, battery technologies, electrical power systems, APQP, NPI, and systems engineering principles (preferred).
