What you'll do

Lead high-visibility enterprise generative AI programs by establishing roadmaps, OKRs, and executive status reports.
Facilitate requirements brainstorming and design review sessions while providing technical insights on architecture and strategy.
Drive consensus across multiple cross-functional groups to align teams around a common purpose and execution plan.
Create and manage project schedules that identify critical paths and dependencies using systematic methodologies.
Define products by identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, and developing long-term roadmaps.
Build and implement agile processes to ensure maximum flexibility across the AI and data platforms teams.
Advocate for user experience by challenging technical decisions to ensure optimal outcomes for end users.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while removing obstacles to ensure seamless cross-divisional communication.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field (or equivalent).
At least 2 years of industry experience in an engineering role.
At least 2 years of experience managing engineering programs and coordinating multiple teams toward common objectives.
Demonstrated technical acumen to engage in detailed discussions with engineers and researchers.
Foundational understanding or interest in Generative AI concepts like RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
Preferred experience of at least one year leading AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment.
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their associated ML services.
Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and libraries.
