What you'll do

Lead high-visibility enterprise generative AI programs including roadmapping, establishing OKRs, and reporting status to executives.
Drive consensus across multiple groups with varying needs to align teams around a common purpose.
Create and manage project schedules featuring clear dependencies and critical paths using systematic methodologies.
Contribute to product definition by identifying customer needs and developing strategic roadmaps.
Build and run processes that enable maximum agility and adaptation across AI and data platforms.
Facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups to build relationships across the organization.
Orchestrate the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving machine learning and data analytics.

What we're looking for

5+ years of industry experience in an engineering role.
2+ years of managing engineering programs and coordinating multiple teams toward common objectives.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical related field (or international equivalent).
Experience with AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment (preferred).
Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments with discretion and integrity (preferred).
Self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and critical thinking capabilities (preferred).
Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills (preferred).
