Key required skills include experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Database setup programs, Relational and noSQL databases, Networking, and Storage. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AWS, database security, compliance, and enterprise generative AI tools to help streamline the adoption of innovative technologies across the organization.

What you'll do

Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional platforms and solutions for enterprise data analytics and generative AI.
Drive consensus among multiple groups with diverse needs to align teams around a common purpose and execution plan.
Create and manage project schedules that identify critical paths and use systematic methodologies to communicate status.
Contribute to product definition by identifying customer needs, priorities, and developing the long-term roadmap.
Build and implement processes that allow for maximum agility and adaptation across AI and data teams.
Facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups to build relationships across the organization.
Manage large-scale programs involving cloud infrastructure, database setup, and machine learning technologies.

What we're looking for

4+ years of industry experience in an engineering role.
2+ years of managing Cloud Infrastructure and Database setup programs involving multiple teams.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical related field (or international equivalent).
Understanding of Relational and noSQL databases (preferred).
Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure like AWS, Database Security, and compliance areas (preferred).
Understanding of Networking and Storage (preferred).
1 year experience exposure to AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment (preferred).
Experience with enterprise generative AI tools (preferred).
