What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
10+ years of experience working on distributed systems.
6+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
Deep understanding of GenAI fundamentals and LLM inference and deployment.
Deep understanding of Java, C, C++, or similar programming languages.
Deep understanding of distributed systems such as Flink, Spark, and NoSQL.
Experience building RAG and Agentic platform components.
Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex AI projects from conception to production.
