Engineering Project Manager, AI & Data Platforms

What you'll do

• Manage the development and delivery of medium-to-large cross-functional platforms and solutions.
• Lead high-visibility enterprise data platform programs, including roadmaps, OKRs, and leadership reporting.
• Facilitate requirements brainstorming and design review sessions by providing technical insights and architectural considerations.
• Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies and systematic status communication.
• Contribute to product definition by identifying customer needs and developing long-term roadmaps.
• Build and run processes that allow for maximum agility and adaptation across engineering teams.
• Drive consensus across multiple groups to align diverse needs with a common purpose and execution plan.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while removing obstacles for engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent international degree.
• 4+ years of industry experience as a project manager managing data or software engineering projects.
• Good understanding of full stack software development including database principles, data processing, integration/API, and front-end frameworks.
• Foundational understanding or keen interest in Generative AI concepts like RAG, prompt engineering, or agentic AI.
• 4+ years of industry experience in a data or software engineering role (preferred).
• 1+ years experience managing complex, large-scale data projects with AI/ML components (preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven projects for advanced analytics and AI from inception to production (preferred).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead under pressure (preferred).
