Additionally, you must possess knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agentic AI. You will solve problems related to large-scale data management and infrastructure to provide advanced analytics for various business groups within the organization.

What you'll do

Manage the development and delivery of large cross-functional platforms and solutions for internal teams.
Lead high-visibility enterprise data platform programs, including roadmap creation, OKR establishment, and status reporting.
Facilitate technical requirements brainstorming and design review sessions to provide architectural insights.
Drive consensus among diverse groups with conflicting needs to align on a common execution plan.
Create and manage project schedules that identify critical paths and systematic dependencies.
Define products by identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable roadmaps.
Develop and implement processes that allow for maximum agility across the AI & Data Platforms teams.
Advocate for user experience by challenging technical decisions to ensure optimal outcomes for end users.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent international degree).
3+ years of industry experience as a project manager managing data or software engineering projects.
Understanding of full stack software development including database principles, data processing, integration/API, and front-end frameworks.
Foundational understanding or keen interest in Generative AI concepts like RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
3+ years of industry experience in a data or software engineering role.
1+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale data projects with AI/ML components.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven projects for advanced analytics and AI from inception to production.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
