What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale AI and data platform solutions.
Drive consensus among multiple groups with diverse needs to align on a common execution plan.
Create and manage project schedules including dependencies, critical paths, and systematic status reporting.
Contribute to product definition by identifying customer needs and developing strategic roadmaps.
Build and manage agile processes to ensure maximum flexibility across the AI & Data Platforms team.
Facilitate communication and build relationships between cross-divisional groups throughout the organization.
Manage the delivery of complex initiatives involving generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics.

What we're looking for

4+ years of industry experience in an engineering role.
2+ years of managing engineering programs and coordinating multiple teams toward common objectives.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical related field (or international equivalent).
Experience with AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment (preferred).
Experience with enterprise generative AI tools (preferred).
Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments with discretion and integrity (preferred).
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (preferred).
Demonstrated creative thinking and ability to triage and lead under pressure (preferred).
