Engineering Project Manager, AI & Data Platforms

What you'll do

• Lead large cross-functional platforms and solutions to deliver value to Apple teams.
• Drive consensus across multiple groups with varying opinions to align on a common purpose and execution plan.
• Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical paths, and systematic status communication.
• Contribute to product definition by identifying customer needs, priorities, and developing the roadmap.
• Build and run processes that allow for maximum agility and adaptation across AiDP teams.
• Build relationships across the organization to facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of industry experience in an engineering role.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering programs and leading multiple teams toward common objectives.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical related field, or international degree equivalent.
• Experience with AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise generative AI tools (preferred).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments with efficiency, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality (preferred).
• Self-motivated and proactive with exceptional interpersonal skills and creative/critical thinking capabilities (preferred).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills (preferred).
