What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale AI and data platform solutions.
  • Drive consensus among multiple groups with diverse needs to align on a common execution plan.
  • Create and manage project schedules including dependencies, critical paths, and systematic status reporting.
  • Contribute to product definition by identifying customer needs and developing strategic roadmaps.
  • Build and manage agile processes to ensure maximum flexibility across the AI & Data Platforms team.
  • Facilitate communication and build relationships between cross-divisional groups throughout the organization.
  • Manage the delivery of complex initiatives involving generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of industry experience in an engineering role.
  • 2+ years of managing engineering programs and coordinating multiple teams toward common objectives.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical related field (or international equivalent).
  • Experience with AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment (preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise generative AI tools (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments with discretion and integrity (preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (preferred).
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and ability to triage and lead under pressure (preferred).
