What you'll do

Lead the delivery of critical business applications from initial concept through final launch.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans for engineering teams.
Manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
Utilize modern AI tooling to automate status reporting, risk prediction, and meeting summarization.
Coordinate the delivery of AI/ML-enabled features including data readiness and model evaluation cycles.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in engineering project management, program management, or related technical delivery roles.
Demonstrated experience managing software development projects from initiation through delivery.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Experience supporting enterprise business applications within customer support or service operations environments.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project/program management certifications.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Fluency in AI tooling for status reporting, risk prediction, and drafting specifications with LLMs.
